The hotel provides you with a fresh clean room at check-in and offers a housekeeping Service Menu based on your needs. These housekeeping practices have already saved hundreds of thousands of gallons of water from being contaminated with laundry detergents.

For this reason, the property does not provide daily housekeeping services and the Plaza Beach Waterfront Resort instead takes this commitment to the environment seriously and towards these goals housekeeping services are scheduled according to how many nights you are staying at the hotel.
Guests staying at the hotel for less than eight (8) nights can exchange towels, receive new trash bags and toilet paper daily for free. Guests are however advised to place their used towels outside their rooms on the chair/ fold-up table together with their trash outside their rooms under the chair/ fold-up table.
The guests are emphasized to get their towels and trash outside by exactly 12:00 pm and then the housekeepers will be placing fresh towels and new trash bags.
If you miss this exchange time or need immediate replacement, you will then bring your used towels to the front office anytime between 8 am to 10pm.
Guests staying 8+ nights also enjoy the same benefits as the hotel’s shorter guest stays however, for every seventh day for stays of 8 nights or more will also be offered a free full cleaning service.
The Bay-view Plaza Waterfront Resort is a self-catering resort; the hotel provides you with a fresh and clean room at check-in.
Since some guests place high importance on daily cleaning, the property therefore offers a housekeeping service menu based on your needs.
However, full cleaning service includes; towel exchange, trash removal, toiletries, sweeping and mopping of the floors, sheet change, full cleaning of bathroom and full cleaning of surfaces.
For this service, a guest in a studio suite will pay US$ 20 well as the one in a one-bedroom suite will be charged US$ 30 and the one in a two-bedroom suite will have to pay US$ 40.
Light cleaning service includes; towel exchange, trash removal, toiletries, sweeping and mopping of the floors. Thus this cleaning does not involve sheet change, bathroom cleaning or surface cleaning and its fee is; studio suite US$ 10, One-Bedroom Suite US$ 20, and two-bedroom suite US$ 30.
Fresh touch service includes; towel exchange, trash removal and toiletries only at a fee of US$ 5 (all units). It is also to be noted that washing of dishes is not included in any of the hotel’s housekeeping options.
There is a resort fee of US$ 12 plus a tax of US$ 1.56 (making a total of US$13.56) per room and per night which is collected at the facility.
This fee includes high speed wireless internet (WIFI), morning coffee and an afternoon complementary beer and wine from 4 to 5 pm in the social room plus a pool and beach towels.
